SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time: 1-3 business days with exception to orders on launch days or stated otherwise in item description 

Shipping within Canada: Standard 10$ shipping automatically with all orders under 75$. Free shipping on of 75$ and over with code FREE75 applied at checkout only.

Shipping outside of Canada: Standard shipping rates apply based on item weight and shipping location. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

We do not offer local pickup.

Lost and or damaged products: Please reach out directly at studiovalkodesign@gmail.com with photos of your damaged product within 3 days of receiving your package. We will make it our priority to resolve the issue.
